WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that countries have made progress in epidemic control, but great dangers still exist.
      “Our only way out is to support countries in the fair distribution of PPE (personal protective equipment), tests, treatments and vaccines. This is not rocket science or charity. "This is smart public health and it is in everyone's interest."
